Who am I?

Just a mom, teacher, future nurse trying to make cooking quick and painless.

Based in North Carolina, I received my Bachelors in Science in Psychology from Davidson College. When I told my mom I wanted to drop out and pursue culinary school, it was NOT received well. Food continues to be my passion, even as I taught for eight years as a Special Education teacher. Now, as a mother of a three-year-old son, I strive to make life as easy as possible. This means making recipes that are affordable, quick, tasty (especially for the toddler), and EASY. TO. CLEAN. UP. I strive to create an array of culturally diverse dishes, and am committed to helping other working people, and parents, make this piece of their life healthier and EASIER!
